All Aurora passes are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable, and entry will be permitted only upon successful verification through the individual QR code and a valid Amrita Student ID (for Amrita Students). Each pass comes with a unique QR code that will be scanned at the entry; once scanned, your ticket details will be shown, and entry will be given only if the pass matches your details. Amrita students must log in using their official Amrita email ID at the time of booking, and the same will be verified along with your Student ID card at the gate. Attendees are expected to follow the event Code of Conduct at all times, and any violation may result in denial of entry or immediate removal from the venue. A digital or printed copy of the ticket may be requested at the entry point, and late arrivals may not be accommodated once gates are closed. External participants who are students must carry a valid college ID, while working professionals or other non-student attendees are required to present a government-issued identity proof such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Voter ID for verification.
